Media is also about making comfortable spaces.
Young people need spaces to express themselves. The question box gives that space , it lets you ask questions and at the same time maintains confidentiaity. |
Participants put into the box questions that they would like to ask but are too shy to. The box is always locked to maintain the seriousness of the exercise. The trainer or the health educator then opens the box. Taking out questions one by one, he/she facilitates a session where young people try to answer their own questions. When they need more clarity, details are then provided.
